The newly built house that houses two spacious, independent apartments (GEORGE on the ground floor & ASIMENI on the top floor) is located at a distance of only 5' on foot fromt the beautiful beach of Pondamos and the central square of the island.

The house offers beautiful views towards the sea and the Old Castle on the mountain and in a very quiet region where there are no cars/motorbikes.

Both apartments are fully equipped and they dispose of air condition, satellite TV and a bar with all consumption offered by the management for free! Each apartment has its own entrance.

GEORGE apartment (ground level) - The house has an open space dining area/fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with 1 double bed), an convertible armchair that can sleep an extra person, a bathroom and a yard with table, chairs sun umbrella.

ASIMENI apartment (first level) - The house has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (open space), 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a convertible couch that can sleep two persons, a bathroom and a balcony.
