VILLA LILITSA is located on the beautiful beach of Ftenaghia. It was built using the local region's stone and according to the traditional architectural style of Chalki island. The owners of the villa have organized it in such a way, as to provide all necessary comforts to its guests.

The house is on two levels: the main entrance of the house leads to a small reception hall and its open space kitchen which is fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and cooking utensils.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a 3-fold closet, a chest of drawers and from the bedroom windows you have a fantastic panoramic view of the most beautiful beach of the island! The bathroom, which is located on the same floor, has a shower and WC. An internal wooden staircase leads to the second level of the house (attic) where there are two single beds (possibility to accommodate a third person). There are large closets as well as a second WC on this second level.

There is a spacious veranda with stone - built couches, a wooden table and chairs, and a sun umbrella, where you will enjoy the breathtaking views of the Aegean sea!

A stone path leads directly to the organized beach of Ftenaghia where there is a tavern serving local dishes.

• Access: Access to the main settlement of the island is done either with the island's mini bus that has frequent schedules throughout the day, or on foot (10' away).
• Equipment: The house has a refrigerator, electrical oven, hair dryer, TV , fan and 2 air condition units.
• Cleanliness: Change of sheets and towles and house cleanliness - offered in rental price twice a week.
