ERMINA comlex consists of two newly built buildings - each consisting of 2 studios - located in the idyllic location Korakia, right in front of the beautiful beach of Cochlakoura. The complex is situated in a 6 acre land plot and a distance of only 5' on foot from the local bus station that goes to the village of Lipsi and to other beaches.

All studios/rooms offer panoramic views from the front and back side. They all have their private bathroom, air condition, mini fridge and a large veranda.

Some of the rooms are equipped with a double bed and other rooms have two single rooms where another single bed may be added.

The complex has a space at the basement for common use that offers all facilities for cooking light meals, a refrigerator and a washing machine.
