In the village of Lipsi , in a quiet location just a few meters from the square ("plateia"), with all shop and the sea just a few minutes on foot.

The complex consists of 13 independent studios that can each accommodate 2-4 persons.

All of the studios FILOXENIA are fully furnished in the Aegean colors, they have a kitchen with a refrigerator and all the necessary utensils, a table and chairs.

They all have a view of the sea from the large front veranda in front of the complex, which is covered by large pull - down tents.
