VILLA OCEANOC is a traditionally stone-built Villa on the hill of Grikos beach that offers magnificent panoramic views of both Petra and Grikos gulfs from all of its main spaces (bedrooms, verandas, garden).

VILLA OCEANOS which is buitl in total respect to the Patmian architecture (the architectural beauty of its capital - Chora - has made it one of UNESCO's world heritage sites), consists of a house and an independent studio, both furnished with traditional, hand-made furniture and decorated with art pieces.

The house is a 2storey, 90 sq.m. house which can sleep 2 - 5 persons. It consists of 2 bedrooms with their own balcony each, 2 w.c.'s, a fully equipped kitchen, a very large private veranda with two chaises-longues, a dining table and stone-built couches. The houses disposes of Air condition, LCD, TV, DVD, CD, MP3 PLAYER, HOME CINEMA.

The studio is 35 sq.m. and ideal for 2-4 persons. It consists of a large, wooden bed (for 2 persons) as well as a big couch (that converts into a bed for 2 persons), a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful garden with flowers equipped with 2 wooden chaises-longues and a dining table. The studio disposes of air conditioning, LCD TV, DVD, CD, MP3 PLAYER and a coffee maker.
