It is a recently renovated traditional Patmian house situated in the heart of Chora on the central square of Ag. Lesvia. The house is built around an internal yard - typical of the Patmian architecture. It has been "split" into two houses and one apartment - a 4 person house on the ground floor with access to the yard, a 4 person house on the first level floor with a veranda and a 2 person apartment which is on an elevated balcony with yard views.

Each apartment is 40 sq.m and consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with two more single beds and a separate bathroom. Up to 4 persons can sleep in each house. The houses are built according to the local architecture using local stone and decorated with authentic, traditional furniture.

• The apartments are being rented separately or as a house to a group of friends.
• All shops, restaurants, taverns, taxis, bus station as well as the Monastery of the Apocalypse are at a walking distance from the house.
• Daily cleaning and change of sheets/towels every three days.
• All houses are fully air conditioned.
