STUDIOS Nikos & Eva are located in the quiet neighborhood of Kouloundri, only a few minutes on foot from Symi port and the settlement of Gialos. The building houses 4 newly built apartments. Each studio/apartment is ideal for 2-4 persons.

All apartments are double spaced, they are very spacious and they are fully furnished and equipped.

They have their own kitchen with refrigerator, oven and microwave and all necessary utensils. In the same space there is a living/dinning room with a table, chairs and two convertible couches (into beds). Each studio has its own bedroom with two single or a double bed.

All studios have TELEVISION, AIR CONDITION and SAFETY BOXES.

There are 2 studios on the ground floor that have their own garden with table and chairs, and the other 2 studios are on the first floor and they have thei own baclonies.

The building is in a beautiful garden ideal for children.
